They had all the standard problems associated with hiring qualified candidates and keeping them engaged. A lot of separate yet similar experimentation yielded almost identical poor results. Then one day Jay and Bob put their heads together and developed a process for qualifying and matching candidates to the specific jobs they were trying to fill.
